It’s been over 3 months since I claimed the Fios Home Offer that supposedly should’ve included a free Xbox after 30 days.
3 months. Support knows absolutely nothing. It says I’ve already claimed the Xbox under Home Offers but nothing has arrived. There are no emails about this, no tracking number, nothing.
verizon continues to have one of the all-time worst customer service ever. I can’t wait to switch asap given how useless support is about this issue
