I don't even have the energy to regurgitate my entire situation again, since I have had to do it at least once per day for the last 20 days. as I seemingly start over from the beginning every single time I call support. The short version… I have a Verizon account and my wife just opened a Verizon account as we need to switch all the lines from my account to her account. We have had no issue switching 3 of the 4 lines but 4th line it has been over 20 days of calls and over 40hours on the phone and line still is not transferred. There has been many conversations with supervisors from multiple departments and multiple INC tickets CYS tickets. I we have been told over 10 times this would be fixed in 24 hours ALL LIES. Everytime we call the whole process starts over and over again. WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE FROM VERIZON TO ACTUAL FIX ISSUES??? We have contacted BBB and now I guess only step left is to leave VERIZON for a company that actually cares and fixes issues.
