Does Verizon offer an app for the HP e-print printers?

You may want to check with HP, they may have one on their site.

I would check HP's website to see if your printer is compatible. I believe that I have seen the corresponding App in the Android Market.

You can get Print Share from the Android Market for free. I use it and it works fine.
