As of now, you can't.  It sucks because it's way too small for my bad eyes.

For text messages there might be a way to. Download the app called Chomp SMS. Check the settings in that app to change the font size.

Look the App "SpareParts" It should allow you to change the system font size

Spare Parts will not change the font size other than within Spare Parts itself.
