All you have to do is uninstall the one you dont want to use and open the stock app... Or you can go the Settings / Applications / Manage Applications / (Apps Name) / Clear Default.

I think the OP was saying they deleted the stock messaging app, and they are trying to get it back.
To the OP - It's completely gone from your app drawer and everything? I didn't know you could delete that, since you can't remove pre-installed apps on smartphones. Check to make sure you didn't just delete a shortcut or anything.
