This URL suggests that Verizon now supports Android Pay. Am I just confused?

You might be thinking about the debacle that is Samsung Pay and the fact that Verizon does not support it yet. Android and Apple Pay have been supported for a while with Android Pay/Google Wallet being supported for a few years.

Are you sure?
Whenever I try to add a card to my Nexus 6 it says something about "Google is unable to verify..."
Doesn't seem to be working for me... which sucks.

A couple things that must be in order first: You must use a lockscreen pin or pattern and your OS cannot be rooted or otherwise unofficially modified. Also, you must be on OS 4.4x or up.

You don't need a lock and pin. The app itself is fingerprint protected on it's own. Android pay requires it however.

Pardon...you must have a pin or pattern lock if you have no fingerprint reader. If you do not use a screen lock, AP will delete your cards.

I'm confused...I thought this WAS an Android Pay thread. OP was asking about AP being available on Verizon, for which it has been for years. It was just known by Google Wallet at the time, but you knew that.
