i have yet to see a website or service that allows you to purchase movies for your droid.
i have however, have converted my dvds into playable movies for my droid.
i currently use dvd catalyst 3 because it allows you to choose your phone and it gives you the best configurations for a movie to be played on your phone.

does it convert bluray?
It is smarter to by DVD instead of download from apps like that because you can use DVD Catalyst to convert files for your device. Besides a large amount of dvds come with a digital copy included.
