I can't see all pics on my Droid2

When I get picture messages I can't always see the pic. It just shows the picture icon. What can I do to fix this? Also, if a message has a pic and sound or a pic and text, or all three, it plays like a movie- I can't see it all at once. Any fixes for this?

1. Go to Text Messages view, threader veiw that shows the pic preview when its not opened.
2. Press and hold on Pic
3. Select Save from the list or you can select View to just see image.
4. Now the pic should be saved in SD/Messages folder

The message is being sent as a MMS and the default message app only plays on file at a time, download Handcent SMS, ity will allow you to play the message in its original sent form.
