Do you have NFC turned on? Have you been able to set up AP? Do you have a Data connection?

NFC is on, data connection is on. AP is installed

Wonder if it is a Samsung issue....if Verizon won't let you use SPay, maybe Samsung is anti-AP.

Works for me for AP

SP I can wait for. I am not going to start new cards or switch banks for it.
