NFL Mobile Error

I had been using NFL Mobile for a while and it was working fine.  When I started it yesterday, I got the error:

"NFL content can only be viewed by active Verizon users."

This is followed by UID with a number.  Any ideas why this would happen since I am a Verizon customer?

The solution was to do a battery removal reset.  After that, the application worked fine.
