I tried the app out and it isn't working for me. It says I must be a Verizon customer in order to use the app. I am a former Alltel customer, but last I checked I write my bill payments to Verizon so as far as I am concerned I am a Verizon customer. They need to fix this problem ASAP!
Doesn't work for me either - also a former Alltel customer.
