The application android home (process android.process. launcher2) has stopped unexpectadley.

What is this ?? I keep downloading an app and I put a short cut on my home screen the next day I have- com.sheado- icon in it's place and my app is gone. Help

hmm I would uninstall that app. If all else fails, factory data reset fixes most of the problems.
