On my Droid (bought Nov 6th) I have a widget \ app that allows me to toggle off my bluetooth, wifi, gps, refresh and change brightness. This tool bar is available on the screen left of my main home screen. This said, here is the issue. A friend of mine just got the droid yesterday and their phone does not have this same toggle bar. Does anyone know why the toggle bar is not there, or where to get the widget.

Glad to hear that you got the Droid/Eris. However, you should have looked at the sticky thread prior to posting. Reason being becaust the solution to your question is up there. Anyway:
You longpress an empty part of the screen, select widget, then power bar.

Thanks Supitsmike.... As always you have been a big help. Thanks for spending the time out here. I have learned a lot. With exception of checking sticky threads first.
