I currently subscribe to Rhapsody at a cost of $9.99 (directly through Rhapsody) anyone have any idea why someone would go through VZW at $14.99 when you go directly through Rhapsody for $5 cheaper?
The $14.99 V cast with Rhapsody feature is a grandfathered feature. As of 6-10-2010, V cast with Rhapsody is $9.99. Customers that have the old feature for $14.99 will need to contact Customer Care to have the change made to the new feature.
I just discovered the price reduction and called Verizon and they lowered the price to 9.99. I really think Verizon would be wise to make this change from their end if they don't want angry customers. I would have been angry if I'd discovered this after months of paying more than necessary. Verizon should notify all their Rhapsody customers of the reduction.
