Visual Voicemail and Wi-fi

Does anybody know why Visual Voicemail does not work correctly when connect to wi-fi network?  It does not work on all three of my devices (Droid, TP2, and Storm) so I know it isn't a problem with the device.  Tech Support rep acted like he didnt know what I was talking about.  Does anybody know if this will be fixed with an update?  Thanks

visual voicemail problems have been reported since the first day the Droid came out so there is a possiblity that this could be fixed in the next couple of updates, both within a months time i believe.

 

however, have you tried posting this on the other smartphone forum and see if anyone else with a storm is having a problem?  if they are, then it might be for sure that visual voicemail is a smartphone problem and only able to work on dumb phones.

Version 1.0.9 of Visual Voice Mail works while Wi-Fi is on. :smileytongue:
