YouTube being a bit of Pain!

On my Droid Maxx I updated to the Latest update and even with doing that Watching HD Videos and with a Good 4G signal I'm noticing.. Rendering issues that I've not seen since we move to 4G in our Area.. I can use Wi-Fi but I would like to watch the Video Via the Network to me with speed that I'm getting from the Towers close to my area it should be doing better than it is..

I will see if it's any better on my Moto X and re-post..

When Tested with my Moto X & 4G Had the same results as on my Droid Maxx it stopped Quite a few Times switch to my Wi-Fi back to smoothness.. kind of still a wii bit of jerkyness) But if any members is seeing this as well and has A solution that might help chime in and let me know.. Thanks...
