gps tracker

looking for an app, to track and locate my drivers. some of them do not have verizon, and some would not like that i am tracking them. any ideas??

As long as they have an android phone, you can track them on google latitude and its free. Why dont you bring them all to verizon? You can get the field force manager which is exactly what you need.

You can have GPS transponders installed into your fleet vehicles. With that said, you are asking how to tracking someone via GPS on their own phone without their knowledge which is illegal.
