An issue has been identified with some Android devices during software updates occurring in the background which are not getting downloaded and it’s taking longer than usual to get the devices updated. Some customers may see an error screen when trying to download a software update manually.

Verizon is aware of a performance issue that started on Friday, 1.17 and is working to address these issues.

Please do not attempt a Factory Data Reset or replace these devices with a CLNR as this won’t fix the issue.
