Signed up for new line and device on May 9 2023 at Costco Verizon kiosk in Carmel valley, San Diego. Was promised a 250$costco card via email in 90 days. It is December now and have not received yet. Stopped by the kiosk many times in the last few months. Each time the agent (Shadow, Josh and many others) would take down my info, claim they will enter a ticket for me and say they will fix it in a week. Even last week Josh said he has to “just make a call” to fix it. But of course nothing happens, and no follow up till I stop by the kiosk again and the cycle repeats. Costco says they have nothing to do with it, Verizon customer rep says they have nothing to do with the promotion. As a customer, I am not given a phone number or ticket number to follow up and have to wait to go physically to Costco each time. I don’t even know who is providing this promotion! Think this is nothing but a swindle where customers are taken for a ride. Beware.
