Me and my girlfriend have been calling on facetime and have been using imessages. I have seen these posts before and the replies are basically that's impossible becuase it is using wifi. That is what is supposed to happen... so tell me why my girlfriend has just been billed $600 for international texts and calls?! We have been on wifi the whole time and she has mobile data anyways available. This is really bizzare and want to get to know how to even sort this out as the people on the phone are just as useless.
ALSO we have triple checked all of our calls and they all say facetime and it's all imessages so we have not accidentally called using normal calling. Again please don't reply with the generic that's impossible because that is what is actually happening!!!
