Pending order error

I have had a pending order on my account for over a month and have been unable to subscribe to the Apple one unlimited add on that comes with my plan.

several chats, calls, and support tickets have resulted in nothing so far.

very frustrating

anyone out there have a solution to clear the pending orders?

Ive been going through the same thing. Ive had a pending order stuck for 4 days, Ive spoke to numerous agents online via app chat and had two tickets with one escalation and still no service.

it's been very frustrating i keep getting told to wait a specific timeframe and time goes by still no service. im thinking about just switching carriers

Anyone here get this fixed yet? I have been having the same issue for months now. Talked to several support people about it and still no help. Last time I was told it my issue was escalated to IT and would be fixed within 24 hours and sure enough, I'm still having the pending order problem weeks later.

Having to deal with a pending order preventing you from another account action for months is far too long to deal with this, zaures4444. Not that I would have known to search for this issue but...I suppose I should have done some research BEFORE changing my plan and choosing the Apple One Family perk almost a month ago. At least two support chats (one of which was supposed to initiate a support ticket but apparently never did) and I still have a message of "Your perk order is pending. Please try again in a moment." The perk has been removed and added back by support. The Apple Arcade that came with my previous plan is still showing under subscriptions on my iPhone but is nowhere to be found in my Verizon account so I cannot remove that. I do not understand what is happening that make this such a difficult process.
