iPhone 14 pro using a network extender

Couple of years ago I purchased a Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender. I worked flawlessly with 5 various models of iphone in the house. Currently have a iphone 13 and a new iphone 14 pro. Each time you leave the house and come back home, the phone will not pick up a signal. You then must toggle in/out of the "airplane" mode, and the phone then works fine. Verizon has now replaced the iphone 14 pro twice, and same result. Other phone in the house work fine.

I believe the problem is that the iphone 14 pro is not compatible with the Verizon Samsung 4G LTE extender, model number: sFemto2 . Can someone validate or help in resolution. There are some limited support for this theory on "reddit" websites

I have the same issue - my newly-arrived (today) Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender shows "active" but my iphone 14 pro max won't connect to it. I have tried:

1. Resetting the network extender

2. Powering off the iphone and on again, and resetting network settings

3. Settings on and off wifi calling

4. Setting on "LTE" rather than 5G

5. Dial #48 and each time getting the message I'm NOT connected to the extender

If the Iphone 14 pro max is not compatible with the Verizon Network Extender, why did they recommend and send it to me?

I have the same problem, but with a plain iPhone 14. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon yesterday; no progress. I did a reset on the Network Extender. I did a network reset on the phone. The NE itself says 'in service'

Even if I am a foot from the NE, #48 says I'm not using it. It used to work fine; then one day the NE said "Not authorized". So I unplugged and plugged its power back in, and then after its long reboot cycle it said In Service again.

The NE is a Samsung 4G LTE 2. The model number is SLS-BU10B

So I also need a direct contact to resolve this.

Out of curiosities sake, do you also have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your iPhone 14 Pro? What, if anything, changes when that is turned off?

restarted the extended, have tried multiple changes on cellular settings on phones

This problem started happening to me as well very recently. I see lots of "we sent you a private note" messages which is supremely unhelpful but ... here I am asking for help, too.

I am also experiencing this same issue. I’ve had my iPhone 14 Pro since June but it just stopped connecting to the extender this week, after I did an iOS update to 16.6. Please let me know what I need to do to establish this connection again.

What message do you get when dialing #48 to check "under network extender coverage"? Any changes with your Home Internet service? For those reading this, they have (so far) had me reset the device via the button on the back of the network extender. Did not help.

Next they had me reset my

General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings

Did not help.

Each of these steps is after an excruciating wait using a terrible chat interface that times out. Ridiculous that they cannot post any of this and handle it privately.

The other morning my network extender display was lit up. It was going through its startup sequence. There was no power interruption. No one did anything with it. After that, it worked, and "pound 48" says I'm on the extender! I suspect that Verizon found the problem, fixed it by pushing an update into the network extender, and did not tell anyone.

I never had a response to my posting other than I would be contacted privately - which what many of you said was the VZW reply - but which never happened.

I have the same problem with my Verizon extender and my iPhone 14 Pro. What is the fix? My phone doesn’t work at home without the extender.

We're sorry to hear that you're having the same trouble with your extender, Murph69. I know that I rely on Wi-Fi calling at home in certain parts of my house for my iPhone to work. Same thing is happening to me we bought new I14 phones and now we are not connecting to LTE why. I spent $250 twice for 2 locations and now we can’t connect and we keep getting dropped calls

What do you see for service on your cell phone?
