I have been with Verizon for 11 years now and lately the customer service has been awful. Whenever I call I get told different things. One agent will say they can do this and then another one will tell me something totally different. I honestly been thinking about switching over to AT&T. My boyfriend is with AT&T and his phone service never goes out even if we are in a wooded area. I donโt want to switch but Verizon needs to do better.

With all the major carriers in the US outsourcing their CS to overseas call centers, I don't think it will be much better going to Blue Logo Place in terms of CS. When my dad misplaced his phone overseas a year ago, he called Blue Logo Place internationally trying to get the IMEI of his phone so he could file a claim at the lost and found place which had recovered the phone. The guy on the other end of the line didn't even know what an IMEI was.
If your Verizon phone service has been meh while Blue Logo Place is great, then that's another story.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Nekayah, it's great you've been with us for over a decade. Not awesome though you're thinking about leaving us, due to a poor experince there. I'm sorry there's been trouble getting a clear answer on a issue. We for sure want you to have the right information and support. Please, let me know what you need help with.
