I have been with Verizon for 11 years now and lately the customer service has been awful. Whenever I call I get told different things. One agent will say they can do this and then another one will tell me something totally different. I honestly been thinking about switching over to AT&T. My boyfriend is with AT&T and his phone service never goes out even if we are in a wooded area. I don’t want to switch but Verizon needs to do better.
