On 04/05/23 I switch 3 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. There was a deal to recieve $200 gift card if I pick iPhone 14plus with $5 monthly payment if I complete my order online. Now almost a year went by and I didn’t recieve any gift cards and can’t get any help from customer support because they can’t see that there was such a deal beck then. But it looks like lots of people have same issue not receiving what was promised.
