We have had the most terrible experience switching from t mobile to Verizon.. 4 iPhone 16 pros were sent to our home and stolen upon delivery. The only people who knew the tracking was Verizon and FedEx. The thieves waited outside our home for hours and waited for the specific package. They ignored other deliveries and swiped the FedEx delivery as soon as the driver pulled out. Police report filed and the theft was recorded on our ring security system. Police believe this is an inside job from Verizon. This happened a week ago and we have reached out to customer service multiple times without a response.
