My phone and the website wont let me view my bill because I am "not a manager". I am the only person who uses this account. My line was originally a prepaid family plan, but was split off 6+ years ago. Recently upgraded my phone to modern one and plan (no longer prepaid) but now I cannot see my bill. When I try to send a request, it tells me that the manager is my name, and then any requests or anything automatically fail. What can I do?
