Added a new line to plan, when hubby texts me it sends to myself, him, and the new line

We added a line to our plan and activated the phone Saturday. No issues. Tuesday at 5pm, my husband texted me and it came through as a text from his number (contact name removed) the new lines number and to me. It says “[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service], to you, [phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]” not the actual phone numbers, obviously. It is driving me nuts and I can’t figure out why its doing that?! It’s only him when he texts me.
