Apple Music Family Perk Activation

I have been trying to use my apple music family perk. but when i go to my perk it states 

“We're processing your request. It may take additional time to complete. Refresh this page for current status”

this is so aggravating because it’s been stuck with this notification for months now. i keep refreshing and nothing. I even removed the perk and added it back on. and nothing. it won’t let me activate. 

I went to my subscription settings on my phone and it states that i have no verizon benefits.

I'm sorry to hear that jcruz4. I recommend looking at the troubleshooting link and reaching out to Apple to further troubleshoot. -Joe

What link? I reached out to apple. it says they don’t see an active plan. that it’s on yalls on end.
