Extremely frustrated with this issue. I am at my wits end with this already. It's like when you call Verizon Support you are in a spinning circle and the issue doesn't get resolved. Here is my situation:
On 8/8/2024, I switched my mobile plan from 5G Get More to Unlimited Ultimate. With my 5G Get More plan I had the Disney Bundle with Hulu and ESPN, Apple Music, and Apple Arcade. All was working great under the 5G Get More plan. My problems started when I switched my phone plan from 5G Get More to Unlimited Ultimate. Under the new plan I signed up for the following perks:
Disney Bundle with Hulu and ESPN (working great)
Netflix and HBO Max (working great)
Youtube (working great)
Apple One (not working completely)
I say Apple One is not working completely because I believe that my Apple Music and Apple Arcade are still associated under my 5G Get More plan and have not moved over under the Apple One Perk. Both services are still working and I would like to keep it that way! Apple one comes with 50 GB of iCloud+ storage. I already have 2TB of iCloud+ storage thru a subscription thru Apple and want to keep that subscription, so not sure if that is causing an issue with Apple One because it see's another iCloud+ service under the same Apple account.... Apple TV+ is not working, when I called Verizon Support they sent me all over the place and finally ended up at Apple Support. They cancelled my existing Apple TV+ subscription with them, thinking that this would allow the Apple One Perk thru Verizon to activate, NOPE, no go on that. So now I no longer have access to Apple TV+ !!!
I spoke to Verizon Support again yesterday. The agent couldn't figure out the issue so he opened an escalation ticket (AYS081724). He said the issue would be resolved in 5 business days or less and that if the issue isn't resolved he would get in contact with me and not to call Verizon Support again for this issue.
Bottom Line, I need assistance getting this resolved. I am paying for a Perk that I do not have everything I was sold under the Apple One perk.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, can someone please help get this resolved.
Thank you in advance for your help on this issue.

I’ve tired to access Apple One since Aug 11/12. I spent hours yesterday with VZW/Apple. No help yet. Currently waiting on Tech Ticket to be processed and resolved. This is pathetic.

I’m going on a week now. Just says “pending” and no one knows how to fix it, it’s wild. I’ve been on the phone with probably 9 different agents now (not including Apple support) it’s a revolving door every time.

I had a private session with a vzw person and he opened a ticket. He said it will take 3-5 business days to resolve.
too that i say, on day 6 if not resolved i will be calling verizon to cancel this apple one service and to have them refund the money i’ve paid for something i didn’t get to use.
i had problems with my apple products when i first went with verizon on the 5G Get more plan. It took a while to fix the issues. That was over a year ago. You would think someone at verizon support would have been provided with the fix for this lunacy !

@thewizard678, I did a little searching on Verizon's website about the Apple One perk, and there's something in there saying
"One Unlimited for iPhone is no longer available to add to accounts". Maybe you had whatever One Unlimited is on the legacy plan before, and now that you've switched plans to a current one, the legacy perk won't transfer over?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I didn’t have the Apple One Legacy plan. What you are referring to is something totally different from what i had on the 5G Get More plan.

I am having the same issue and have been "processing" since Aug. 22nd. Verizon support sent me to Apple, but then Apple says they don't have sort of account creation coming from the Verizon side. Based on the competence of the reps I spoke with and the number of people here with the same issue, I'd guess the problem is in Verizon somewhere.
Today I tried canceling the perk and re-adding it, thinking a new instance of it may help push it through. That did nothing. I'll give it a day, then I am canceling it.

Good luck everyone on the Apple One Verizon nightmare. It's been weeks, multiple tickets, dozens of interactions including in store and still not fixed.
I've opened tickets to have them marked resolved when there not. Fake tickets open only needed to be created by another person then someone telling me that ticket is done and my issue is resolved which it isn't only to have them tell me the resolved ticket isn't resolved and this time to wait 3 more days instead of checking back tomorrow like normal and still not resolved.
Someone told me to go to the store to have it fixed which they wanted to charge me $30 (they didn't) to look at it after I explained everything and the frustration of dealing with Verizon for the last 2 plus weeks. They brought out a tech person who still couldn't figure it out and gave me a $36 dollar credit to add Apple One on my own because that will fix the problem. It didn't fix the problem now support is using the excuse it's my fault because I subscribed to Apple One through Apple.
My latest ticket was supposedly to fixed yesterday and it still isn't.
The reason I can't add Apple One is on the very first ticket the day I switched plans was Apple Music and Apple Arcade was through my Verizon account within an hour they removed Apple Music and left Apple Arcade. Verizon through every level of tech support from first level outsourced chat to in person tech specialist can't remove Apple Arcade.
It shows Apple Arcade under my Apple subscriptions as subscribed through Verizon to make changes contact Verizon. Verizon told me Apple had to remove it. I messaged Apple support, and they told me the obvious I have to contact Verizon.
I've already been in contact with T-Mobile and have a plan picked that also includes my tablet, waiving the activation fees and an additional discount (they probably give everyone) I just need to have them activate it which is going to be on Monday if when this isn't fixed.

The issue with all of this is that Verizon outsourced most of its support offshore. My issue was never resolved. I had to go into a corporate store to have them remove Apple One then the gut tried to screw up other services until i just stopped him. Yesterday i get an email from Verizon the my Apple Music was removed. No warning they just removed it. So yesterday i signed up for Apple One thru Apple. No issues except my Apple Arcade is still showing i have it thru Verizon.

Did you get it resolved? I’ve been going at this issue for 2 months now. I want Apple One but says I can’t basically because it’s enrolling me in Apple Music and Arcade again. I keep calling Verizon and they say it’s getting removed and wait til my billing cycles closes, wait 24 hours, wait 48 hours, wait a week and those dates and time came and went and nothing.

Yes. I’ve contacted Verizon a few times since. I keep getting told it’s being removed and nothing. They just credit my account $6.99 but shows it’s still on my next bill.

Add this to the list! Apple One set up and added Music and Podcasts several weeks ago. We had updated both of our phones and updated the plan also to include Apple One. Received email and got Music and Podcasts only a several weeks ago as my partner's Apple + subscription was prepaid and expired on 11/19. Now there appears to be no way to add in TV + even though both Verizon and Apple stated this would not be a problem!

Hey there, f7ftigercat, we want to make sure you're able to access your subscription! To make sure we're on the same page, you now have the Apple Once perk added to your account, is that correct? If so, did you receive the text message to activate your subscription? When navigating to Settings>tap your Apple ID>Subscriptions, do you see you are subscribed o Apple One through Verizon?

Has there been any resolution? I keep seeing so many users with this issue and am going through it currently. How can a company not fix a massive bug for months and months?
