Apple Watch 10 Pre Ordered No Shipping Date In Sight!! Way Delayed

I have contacted customer support regarding the shipping of my new Apple Watch for my wife. It was supposed to be delivered today per the original order. Customer Support could not even give me an eta now of when to expect it. So disappointed.

Is this order an upgrade of an existing line or did you add a new line for the Apple Watch? Have you received an email with confirmation and tracking number?

It was an upgrade to an existing line and the only email I have received is the order confirmation.

Iโ€™m having the same issue, but with the ultra 2 black. Iโ€™ve gotten nowhere with them and Iโ€™m sure all the details with shipping are the same on what you are seeing. They should have better updates to them since Apple is meticulous with their products and divvying out their products to third parties.
