Any idea why so many Verizon products are on backorder? I ordered an Apple Watch on Dec. 2nd, had an update that it’d ship on the 10th, and have not received any other communication about it. I also work for a massive company that supplies phones for employees, and they’ve even said that all Verizon orders are on hold due to backordering. Anyone else have this issue right now, or is there some explanation from Verizon for this? I’m about to cancel the order and go to Best Buy and get one.

I am still waiting also. It was supposed to be sent out from back order on September 6th. Still showing back order. Not sent out yet.
I called before then. They never stayed why it was on back order. They stated it was showing to be shipped on the 6th. Why offer a deal? Let you order. Then later show back order.

We want to make sure we can clarify any questions about your order. What is the model of the watch you ordered? Was it showing as back ordered when the order was placed?

I too have a Apple Watch series 9 pink in color on back order and also stated it will ship on the 6th with no communication and can’t get an answer
