I pre ordered both the iPhone 16 pro and series 10 watch and was told it would arrive by 9/27/2024
today is the last day to deliver on that and the phone is already available in stores, are there delays in the titanium watch pre orders? I feel like this is no longer a pre order as the website says I can buy one and have it delivered as early as next week but still donโt have mine and no updates on shipping

Bad business model. I ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro and Apple Watch 10 for the black Friday promotion. I received a notification today that my watch is back ordered until January 24. They will not release my phone even though it is in my local office because they said both the phone and the watch have to be received together in order to give it to me. I asked them to cancel the order and just order the two items separately but they said they couldnโt do that either. Pathetic.

I have the same problem. I was supposed to get the Apple Watch 10 on the 27th, now my new date is 10/18. With that, why even bother to preorder?

I too have this issue and no one can give me a straight answer, this was a gift for my wife that will now be extremely late. Disappointing as I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years.

30 year customer. Told by customer service three times that Apple 10 watch would be delivered in 2 days. Nice people only they apparently lied to me. They told me the deal would only work if I signed the agreement. Stupid me. I got a confirmed for a maybe delivery date of February 21. Are all the serbice reps unethical or is the company just perpetrating fraud on customers.
