My iPhone 14 is no longer working and submitted a claim and was told I could have a same day replacement because I need it for work. I gave them a back up number to call. was waiting and then received and email it was cancelled. They stated the tech called the broken phone number and left. Now I am told that I have to wait till Monday. I am so tired of dealing with Asurion, I have received sub standard replacements and now they screw up and they say too bad. Why do you continue with them Verizon?
