I bought some iPhone 13 from Superior Wireless auction. One of them specifically came blacklisted from Verizon Wireless.
As I bought from an auction it's supposed to not be lost or stolen. So I'd like to ask to unlock it.
If necessary I can send the IMEI and the proof of auction.

I am sorry to learn that you received a phone that is blacklisted from an auction, unicatech. We do need authorized account access from the account where the phone was originally activated in order to assist with unlocking a device. The only option you would have would be to work back with Superior Wireless auction for help.

Is there any way that you can find the account using IMEI? So we can figure out how to proceed.

We cannot provide any information about the former owner of the device. Since you purchased this phone from a 3rd party, you will need to reach out to them for options on a return or refund. We cannot help unlock this device.
