Visited the Verizon store in stow Ohio June 14th and received the absolute best customer service ever. Katie was our salesperson. She spent nearly 3 hours with us as we upgrades 7 lines. She knew everything and answered every question we had with complete honesty. She was so genuine. If Verizon had a Katie at every location they would have no issues whatsoever. She was so patient, kind and knowledgeable it really made for a fun experience. She also helped us upgrade our IPad as well. We weren’t even aware we could. It has been almost two weeks and she still checks in with us to make sure everything is set up the way we wanted it to be. Katie has gone so over and above for us she should get some kind of acknowledgement from her management. I know in my industry we would love to have a salesperson of her caliber.
