I’m being charged for a phone I never received. My phone bill went from 200 to 1000 because of a device I don’t have. This is so frustrating. Since I transferred to Verizon in Aug . I’m not paying for a phone I don’t have and I sure as heck ain’t paying 1000 bucks. When I have called over 50 times to get this same issue resolved and still nothing. I just now got hung up on again. That’s the 4th time today .
