I trade in for a iPhone 13 and been using it more than 2 year now. After travel over sea for 1 month, I came back and found out my phone has not been working properly, I can't call, receive or message without internet connection. I tried to set up a new phone number line and found out my phone is being blacklisted please help.

I tried make a new number line but they said my phone is being reported as missing/stolen at verizon, I ask them if they can remove that but they say they can't. So I ask for apple customer support, they run a full diagnostic on my phone and don't found any such thing about my phone being report missing or stolen. I also tried reset the phone or reinstall the sim.
