I have been with Verizon for more than 5yrs. I went home to my country way back in April of 2024. I set up my supposedly international plan one time only. Representative added International recurring plan WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and KNOWLEDGE. I didn't get to notice my bill not until December 2024 when I had the chance to review my bills why I pay so much every month. I am a full time nurse and barely get track of anything. I see a bill, I pay it off. Mind you, this is not the 1st time I went home to my country so I have confidence with verizon they will do the same thing before, no charges after the month of April/May. But nope!!! I was Totally wrong. They charged me $100/monthly for this international recurring plan and they blame me as customer for not checking my bill. Called them numerous times to give me my money back that they took but they put me on hold, then DISCONNECTED me and transfer to another line, financial department who is CLUELESS of what is going on. I was stressed out. RUN AROUND for 2months guys. One agent even LIED that I called Philippines a bunch of times just to justify my charges are valid! They promised they will credit the $1000 they owe me but to the point my line is about to be disconnected. It's okay. Keep my money. I should've switched long time ago. IT IS NOT A VALID CHARGE IF THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T GIVE YOU GUYS CONSENT.

The โagreement โ was reached in August of 24. I still havenโt received it. At least not in full. They have continued to egregiously overcharge me for nonsense and nonexistent Bee S They claim to have paid me the inconvenience fee but I note every bill from February 2024 to present is incorrect and after we reached an agreement they took funds from that account and applied it to new mistakes they made. Thatโs not how this deal works. No matter how many times I asked, begged and pleaded for them to return my money to me, not as a credit from Verizon since they donโt know what theyโre doing and I am perfectly capable of paying my bills, they ignored and then refused. Read that again. They entered into an agreement owing me $1000 and refused to return my money to me, essentially holding it hostage while holding me hostage for outrageously enormous bills that nobody can pay. Iโm talking to the tune of $1500 a month. Iโm talking entering into a promise to pay and after doing so they unilaterally shut off my service. They then agreed that that was done in error on numerous occasions but then charge me for a disconnect and reconnect fee every time. Mind you, I have four lines. Thatโs $40 per line every time they screw up and they have the audacity to extract money that belongs only to me because I have over overpaid by far while attempting to reassure me that they have given me the inconvenience fee credit and then they prove how they did thatโฆ They messed up my bill, they take money from an inconvenience fee credit. As far as Iโm concerned I should never owe Verizon a single dime for the remainder of my days because I am continually charged without ever having received the inconvenience fee credit. Iโve been a customer for 16 years. Typically I wouldโve spoken my mind grabbed my phones and gone elsewhere. Even after explaining to them that my daughter had a stroke and the only number she knew was mine. We didnโt come home from the hospital for four months and if this is what she remembered? I wasnโt going to touch it. It then became very very personal and it remains very personal. I wonโt leave at this point because they owe me so much money and I will stick around long enough to see it. Buyer bewareโฆ Please know that I have to call on a monthly basis to have them readjust my bill. Today will be the 83rd person I will speak to and they will be extremely confused, I will be on the phone for over two hours at least and thatโs only if I get somebody who understands what Iโm talking about, and they will assure me that they are going to attach the credit. Iโm very sorry for what youโve gone through and Iโm more sorry that Verizon has turned into such a nightmare. Words of wisdom to Verizon though you have heard it from me 1000 timesโฆ One representative should help one customer when it comes to something as intricate as what I have gone through. Thereโs no reason why I shouldโve had to speak to 83 people and still my bill is not rectified. Get yourselves together, people are paying too much for mediocre service and the absolute worst customer service Iโve ever experienced with the exception of four people. Four people were able to help me out of 83. And yes they dumped my calls all the time. I have all of the chats, I want everything in writing. if I donโt have it in writing I have a recording of it. Go ahead and tell Verizon that youโre recording them and see what their reaction is. I was chastised like I was a child although their message when you first call in states thatโฆ This call may be recorded for training purposes or blah blah blah. I live in the state of Indiana and I know a little bit about the law. The inept number 61 advised that it was illegal to record our conversation. That time I laughed for real. Heads up againโฆ In the state of Indiana it only takes one person to consent to a recording and I am that person. Put that in your pipe and do whatever you wanna do with it. Just know that I donโt trust you any further than I can throw you and I donโt throw well. But I can hit the record button like a SOB. I wish you luck darling and I hope you see your money.

I also find it ironic that this is my phone service and that reply above? Is not what I said. The repetitive nature? That wasnโt me. I was also chastised for using an abbreviation for a bulls bodily function. Like I am a child.
