My calls recently started dropping and go into SOS mode. I also never reception my phone literally only works when I’m connected to someone’s WiFi. This is frustrating since I pay Verizon so much monthly
Sralatorre, help is here as you deserve on ly the best in service with us. Please tell me more. Where does this issue happen where you see 'SOS'? Home, work? Please provide the zip code as well.

I too am having the same problem. I even tried chatting and calling Verizon tech support and told them the call would probably be dropped. Instead of helping me they kept asking me how my day was going and then the call dropped. I did the network reset but it’s not working. What is this extender and how can I get one? I can’t afford to pay all this money for their service to not have it work. I use my phone for business.
