I went to the Apple Store today to get the back glass of my iPhone replaced via AppleCare. They warned me I’d need to see Verizon after it’s done, erased everything, and one guy even had me take a pic of my ICCID.
Now this phone is basically a replacement device. It has a new IMEI and everything. When I reach out to Verizon chat agents no one can activate it and I keep getting bounced around. Now my account is suspended.
I just want my phone to work! I need it for work in the AM.
I have receipts from the AppleStore. All that.
