Does anyone know what to do for a quick fix for iPhones not receiving calls after transferring to Verizon. I’ve done all the troubleshooting solutions and called my previous carrier to ensure that my number and device has transferred over. I was told there must be a problem on Verizon’s side of things. Which seems to be a recurring issue for customers. I am using an eSIM also. My cellular data works, and I am able to make calls. I just can’t receive any calls, even from people in the same room as me. It goes straight to my voicemail.

Hello, ZSENJU. Ensuring you have the ability to use your phone's functions are a must. Help is here. Sounds like you have ported your services to us, correct? Did you receive any notification that the port process was complete? Have you restarted the phone with Wi-Fi off to ensure the phone connects to the Verizon network?

Hopefully everything is working now that it's been 2 days. Depending on the carrier, it can take as long as 48 hours for a port to finalize. When things are still in process, incoming calls are still being handled by your old carrier and only data and texting are completely through Verizon. If things are still in limbo, Verizon's Porting Department may be reached at 888.844.7095.
