Cannot Activate Apple One Perk

I signed up for apple one individual on 2/6 and have been unable to use it. I have called apple, Verizon and just get no where. It said pending for awhile but then now i can change and remove it in the VZW app but that does not help. We removed the perk and readded it, nothing. Never got the text. Get the no apple services when hitting the verizon benefits button. 19 year customer for what it's worth.

I appreciate the reply and i read many posts on here about multiple people having the same issue and no one having a solution so instead of replying to everyone and sending direct messages why doesn't the "team" try to find a solution to EVERYONES problem

You literally CAN NOT access the perk. There is no option to activate it.

THANK YOU!!!! Iโve been having the very same issue except I need the activation link to be sent to my Verizon Id email address and not to the phone number tied to my Verizon Account. Seeing how I only have 5G Home Plus Internet Services with Verizon, and my mobile phone line of services is through another carrier. I canโt get past the same page that you are also stuck on. Stayed up all night connecting and canceling the Apple One perk repeatedly until early the next morning. Havenโt heard back from the support agent who sent me a private message stating the obvious about why I canโt receive the activation link to the mobile number which is a router tied to Verizon Account. But it should be sending it to my email address instead. So does anyone know how to fix this solution so I can finally get this perk activated without having to go through all of the feeds trying to see if there is an actual solution on the feed from support. Instead of being sent a private message? I canโt seem to also get past that page.
