Cannot hear caller voice on Apple Watch(recently ported in)

Hi,
I’ve activated cellular plan on my Apple Watch Ultra on Verizon. I ported in my number on Verizon 2 days ago.
I’ve done hard restart both on my IPhone and Apple Watch. The issue still persists.
Pls help
