I am unable to receive short code messages from Facebook 32665. These are required in order to log in to facebook. I have checked and disabled all spam blockers, but I'm still not able to receive short codes. I also can't send commands and receive a response from 32665 ie. fbook, on, fb, etc. Please help-- I can't use my facebook account for 3 months now.

Have you checked your iPhone settings and made sure SMS is enabled? Short code texts come in the older SMS format, but the latest iOS supports RCS, which is my guess for why you aren't getting short code texts.
Are you only having issues with the Facebook short codes, or are you also experiencing this with other apps/services?

I am also having this issue. I spoke with Verizon CSR 5 days ago, and they stated they were escalating it, but I havent heard back from them. Is there something that you can offer that will help me with this issue?
