Cannot update payment

So I preordered the iPhone 16 pro max. 2 of them. Well the money came out in the am. Last night the money was returned and it says I have to upgrade my payment. Well the link has the orange message of death and I cannot upgrade the payment… I’m waiting for someone to call back but I’m gonna be pretty upset if I don’t get these phones on Fri as I made sure to order them as soon as I could!! Please assist

I’m having the same issue and tried this. They can’t update the payment either and want to cancel and reprocess the order but if you do that these phones now show an expected delivery of 10/11/24. This is unacceptable and completely negates the fact that we pre order these phones as soon as it opens. What is the fix for this? There has to be one because I see the charge in my account.

 They cannot even cancel my order. It’s stuck somewhere. I have been on the phone with support but still can’t update the info.

Oh wow...glad I told them to leave mine alone for now.  Whoever I spoke with this morning said they can confirm that it was sent to the warehouse that the issue is on the "account" side.  What makes mine worse is one of the phones shows the payment I needed to get it to 50% paid posted but the other does not....

Still not fixed.. they put a ticket in to maybe cancel the order but I will never get the phone at launch at this point. Very disappointed that I have been on the phone for hours and no one can fix this issue…

Any update on yours?  They have emailed me and texted today (the text said track order like there was a glimmer of hope... sadly not).  I ended up looking up a way to contact the executive office to see if they could do anything...

I have a similar issue. 2 of my phones were shipped, and my ports went through. I was charged. The third is on its way here. The remaining two have payment issue, but I can’t update my payment & now it won’t let me activate any of the phones I have. I’ve spent an hour waiting on hold with a very patient guy, but basically have expensive bricks right now.

I’m having the same exact issue. Ordered my phones on sept 21. On Oct 2 got an email saying that my payment was declined. Updated them, and one went through and shows as shipped but the second still shows that it is on hold. Have contacted support several times and they kept telling me to update my payment. But when I go to now it tells me that it is at max reads and I can’t look at it now. So ridiculous.
