Wife took iPhone 13 into Verizon store at 237 Carmichael Way in Chesapeake VA due to a faulty SIM. They swapped the SIM which did not work then told her the only option was to buy the brand new iPhone 15! Never mentioned warranty replacement options. Corporate is now sending the replacement free of charge, but I’ve now spent 4 hours on the phone dealing with this and I wanted you to know how dishonest that store is! As an aside the same store put a protection plan on my son’s gizmo watch without my consent. I’ll be switching carriers as soon as I can make time to spend another 2 hours in ATT or TMobile.
