Deceived and lied to in franchise over 10-20 hours of phone calls.  Missing calls and notes, promised credits and changes that were frequently reversed, return calls and tech support no followed up on, extreme inconvenience, told we could cancel and owe full price of upgrade that we were tricked into by someone earning commission.  No option to go higher up.  No repercussions for the salesman or franchis. No offer to return a similar phone we had.  Now prices increasing with no notice.  Should be a lawsuit and extremely unhappy.  Feel like they are running everyone over and relying on bad service and false promises to do what they want.  I believe we’ve been customers at least 13 years if not 20 and we are spoken nicely too and then ignored and the notes disappear on most of the calls.  I should hire a lawyer at this point.
