We bought 2 new iPhone 14's in January 2024 at the Verizon kiosk in Costco in Phoenix, Arizona. We were told we would receive 2-$100 Costco gift cards. It is now August 2024 and we have not received. How do I follow up on these?
We don't want you to lose out on a great deal. Do you have a submission ID? When did you submit your information for the gift cards?

I did not receive a submission ID from the kiosk employee, he said everything would be submitted on my behalf. I do have my receipt for the two iPhones we purchased with a line on it that says "Costco Shop Card $100.
