Current Usage Not Available

Hello,

For 5 days now, I've been unable to view my current usage on any of the platforms - desktop, app or mobile website. It will show previous usage, but nothing current and I need it for work. Can someone explain this to me? Will this be fixed?

This is definitely worrying. Please tell us, are all apps and software up to date? Are you also trying on the app and website? ~Geo
