Customer Satisfaction

I am a Verizon wireless customer for over 25 years and a Fios customer for several years. I have an issue with a defective phone. Customer service has been very helpful and tried to help as much as they can. Does anyone know how I can contact Verizon corporate to try and fairly resolve this issue instead of being treated like we donโ€™t matter .  All the offered solutions by Verizon would cost me even more money.

What make/model phone is it?  If it's a Samsung S22 which has stopped working unless it's on WiFi, the fix for that is actually not that costly.  Otherwise, if it's a brand new phone which "quit" for no apparent reason, seems like you could ask for a warranty replacement.  If it's some other model and past the warranty and you don't have insurance, then it's time for a new phone.  The big manufacturers typically have deals on their websites where you can finance a new phone through them.

Itโ€™s an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The phone was working fine until we did an Apple software update.

I know how important it is to have a working phone. Please send us a Private Message so we can talk more about your phone, troubleshoot if needed and see how we can best help.

Have you tried looking elsewhere on the internet to see if there are some workarounds?  Maybe some settings need to be tweaked.  Apple has their own support community, and if it's a pervasive issue, there would be threads on other places like Reddit.
